  12.    : You will need to have an offline mail reader installed on your system  : 
  13.    : before you can use the QWK mail packets assembled by the BBS.          :

  15.    : The BBS will build a mail packet containing new messages from the mail : 
  16.    : areas that you have selected. The system will update your last-read    : 
  17.    : msg pointers on the BBS so you are not sent the same message twice.    :
