  8. * numbers. Notice the numbers in the 5th col. These have special meaning
  9. * they are as follows:
  10. *                      1 - Denotes local/toll number dialed YYY-ZZZZ
  11. *                      2 - Denotes local/toll number dialed 1-YYY-ZZZZ
  12. *                      3 - Denotes local/toll number dialed 1-XXX-YYY-ZZZZ

  14. * NOTE: XXX in the number examples above denotes YOUR LOCAL AREA code as
  15. *       setup in your *.DAT file with EVDSETUP.EXE

  17. *       Also, the setting  of the NEW EG switch  in EVDSETUP corrspondes to
  18. *       those  numbers  as  denoted  above.  Based  upon the numbers above,
  19. *       setting the EG switch to 2  will preifx ALL phone numbers where the
  20. *       PREFIX is NOT found  in a search of this file with  a '1', and dial
  21. *       it as 1-???-???? etc. Setting the EG switch to 0 (default) disables
  22. *       this function.
