  6. It is essential that you give your honest evaluation of our software
  7. program, in order for us to consider any changes and improve it's
  8. operation.  We realize that this survey will take some time, and effort
  9. on your part, to fill out and return to us, however, we are unable to
  10. carefully manage these reports any other way.  Please take a moment and
  11. tell us your thoughts and opinions.  While your suggestions for future
  12. features are important to us, we wish to concentrate on the existing
  13. features of Concord at this time.
