  1. This file contains errata for CBV that is not in the documentation.
  2.  
  3.  - If you wish to make custom ANSI display files the extension must be .ANS
  4.    You still need the normal .CBV versions as well,  because they will be
  5.    used for NON-ANSI supporting users.
  6.  
  7.    You should test these screens out locally first.  CBV will not parse or
  8.    pause when displaying .ANS screens.
  9.  
  10.  - There is mention of TOLL CALLS in the documentation,  current the feature
  11.    is forced to NO!.  I will get around to adding it into CBV,  the
  12.    files needed by TOLL CALLS must be present.
