  5. SECTION 11-52-2 Access to computer for fraudulent purposes.--
  6. Whoever directly or indirectly accesses or causes to be accessed 
  7. any computer, computer system, or computer network for the 
  8. purpose of (1) devising or executing any scheme or artifice to 
  9. defraud or (2) obtaining money, property, or services by means of 
  10. false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises shall 
  11. be guilty of a felony and shall be subject to the penalties set 
  12. forth in section 11-52-5.

  14. SECTION 11-52-3 Intentional access, alteration, damage or 
  15. destruction.--
  16. Whoever intentionally and without authorization, directly or 
  17. indirectly accesses, alters, damages, or destroys any computer, 
  18. computer system, computer network, computer software, 
  19. computer program or data contained in such computer, computer 
  20. system or computer network shall be guilty of a felony and shall 
  21. be subject to the penalties set forth in section 11-52-5.

  23. SECTION 11-52-4 Computer theft.-- Whoever, intentionally and 
  24. without claim of right, and with the intent to permanently 
  25. deprive the owner of possession, takes, transfers, conceals or 
  26. retains possession of any computer, computer system, computer 
  27. network, computer software, computer program or data contained in 
  28. such computer, computer system, computer program or computer 
  29. network with a value in excess of five hundred dollars ($500) 
  30. shall be guilty of a felony and shall be subject to the penalties 
  31. set forth in Section 11-52-5.

  33. SECTION 11-52-5 Penalties.-- Any person who is convicted of the 
  34. offenses set forth in Sections 11-52-2, 11-52-3, and 11-52-4 
  35. shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or 
  36. imprisoned for not more than five 95) years, or both.
