  29. telecommunications service (also known as a computer bulletin 
  30. board) as a not for profit association, hereby form an 
  31. association.

  66. kept at the principal place of business of the partnership. The

  69. required to report all transactions related to associate business

  74. results of the association. The associates may by majority vote, 
  75. agree to distribute any surplus to any charitable organization.

  97. personally profit from the operations of the association.
