Added ability to specify directories to search by reading a configuration file. Removed the system() calls and replaced them with spawnlp(). The result is smaller memory requirement and faster operation. Version 2.6 03/04/89 Added feature to disable the activity log. Added option to call dsz from a batch file by putting the path to the batch file in the environment. Version 2.7 03/11/89 Added option to ask for another filename to view when using the /c parameter. Version 6.3b 04/15/92 Changed the -q parameter to disable DV patch. Version 6.3c 04/16/92 Redirected stdout to AVIEWCOM.STD when shelling to an external archiver or extractor. This is rewritten each time. If errors occur when extracting or archiving, examination of this file may be useful. Version 6.3d 04/23/92 Fixed problem with displaying PKZIP v1.93a files using new compression type "deflated". Fixed broken file transfer protocol routine. Fixed broken '*' command line arguement. Fixed extracting wrong file when selecting a single archive and answering archive yes. AViewCom will now not shell to a file xfer protocol when in the local mode.
