- Accordion Solitaire Instructions
-
- The object of Accordion Solitaire is to achieve the highest possible score
- by getting all the cards sorted by suit in the stack column to the right of
- the playing area. This is done by shifting columns of cards from one row
- to another. To perform a shift the following conditions must be met:
- 1: The top card of the marked group must be one number less than the
- bottom card on the row you wish to place it.
- 2: The color of the top card of the marked group and the bottom card on
- the row you wish to place it must not be the same.
-
- To move around on the playing area, insure that your number lock is one
- and use your numeric key pad. To mark a group to move, position the the "<"
- on the top card to mark and press "ENTER". If you decide not to move a
- marked group, press the "C" key. After you have marked a group, move the
- "<" to the column you would like to place it and press "ENTER". If you
- would like to move a card to the STACK pile, mark it and press "A". To quit,
- press "Q".
-
-
-
- You will recieve 5 points for each card you uncover on the playing area.
- And you will also recieve 5 points for each card you place in the "Aces
- Stacks" to the right. Scores earned on one day do not carry on to other
- days. The highest score for that day will be displayed for all to see. You
- may stop at anytime, but if you stop after having started a game without
- finishing it, you will lose the chance to complete it. The number of games
- per day is determined by your Sysop. If you stop before that number of
- games per day has been played, you may continue that day anytime that month
- until all the games have been played.
-
- A total high score is calculated based upon the performance of all the
- daily scores for that month. This game resets it's high score monthly.
