  1. F - Begin at the begining and go to the end.
  2. R - Begin at the end and go to the begining.
  3. I - Choose which message to handle. You will be asked to
  4.     enter a message number.
  5. S - Search for messages based on who they are to/from or
  6.     subject line.
  7. M - Handle only messages previously marked with the
  8.     normal scan option.
  9. O - You will be asked how many messages you wish to handle.
  10.     FIXDOR will then display the last xx number of messages.
  11. H - This help screen.
  12. Q - Return to the main menu.
