  13. Adopt 1.0  02/21/91  Initial release.

  15. Adopt 1.1  03/13/91  Fixed a very serious bug.  Seems that someone
  16.                      forgot to include in the program for ADOPT to
  17.                      auto-detect ANSI. (OOPS!)  A special thanks goes
  18.                      out to Mark Tetrault  of "The Pembroke Connection"
  19.                      in Pembroke, NH for letting me know about this
  20.                      problem.

  22. Adopt 1.2  03/15/91  Adopt was not closing all system file properly so
  23.                      changed the way it shut down.  Also added a closing
  24.                      line to let users know that the next door was
  25.                      loading.[Unreleased]

  27. Adopt 1.3  03/16/91  Seems there is a problem in the way that DFRAME
  28.                      writes to callinfo.bbs that takes away all of a
  29.                      users time.  Zeroed out the TimeOn% variable to
  30.                      show that user hasn't used any time in the door.

  32. Adopt 2.0 --/--/--  Unreleased due to bugs in the DFRAME module relating
  33.                     to WILDCAT!

  35. Adopt 3.0 05/18/91  Added the option to make ADOPT SysOp configurable.
  36.                     The SysOp can now set the colors and messages that
  37.                     ADOPT displays on the super screen.  The time bug
  38.                     for WC! BBSs has been corrected so that ADOPT runs
  39.                     out from under LIVECAT! with no problems.  There
  40.                     still may be a problem with DOS 4.0 or higher so
  41.                     keep a close eye on things.  This is also due to
  42.                     Dframe.

  44. Adopt 4.0 06/22/91  Converted Adopt to work with Wildcat! 3.0 without
  45.                     any  conversion programs being needed.  See
  46.                     (WILDCAT!.30) which is included in the archive.
  47.                     Also added the ability to turn off the prompt line
  48.                     on the main screen if the sysop prefers that mode.
  49.                     Did a few little modifications to the screen and
  50.                     routines to possibly speed things up a bit.

  52. Adopt 4.1 07/29/91  Fixed bug where certain BBS systems were getting an
  53.                     "Altered" error message and door was aborting.

  55. Adopt 4.2 09/29/91  Fixed the docs.  Corrected the errors in them
  56.                     pertaining to the CFG file.  Recompiled Adopt with
  57.                     the latest version of DoorFrame.

  59. Adopt 4.3 02/09/92  Cleaned up the looks of Adopt a bit and reworked a
  60.                     few of the routines to make them a bit faster.  This
  61.                     version was also recompiled using the latest version
  62.                     of DoorFrame. (#25)  I also changed the looks of the
  63.                     DNR file to make it a bit more understandable.
  64.                     Heck, even I know what they mean now.

  66. Adopt 4.4 05/11/92  Recompiled with the latest version of DoorFrame.
  67.                     I also altered the appearance just a tad.  No major
  68.                     changes.

  70. Adopt 4.5 11/09/92  Compiled with the latest version of DoorFrame which
  71.                     adds the ability to use a FOSSIL driver.  Display
  72.                     routines are much faster since the last release.
  73.                     Changed some of the text displays.

  75. Adopt 4.6 12/27/92  Added a routine to check for idle keyboard input.
  76.                     It is possible for someone to keep your BBS online
  77.                     indefinitely without this feature.  The ADCNF.EXE
  78.                     file has also been updated.  It is a bit more sysop
  79.                     friendly.

  81. Adopt 4.7 01/04/93  Added a Clear Screen Routine.  Adopt was overwriting
  82.                     instead of clearing.

  85.                     the latest DoorFrame.

  87. Adopt 4.9 04/30/93  Compiled with latest DF module.  Adopt supports the
  88.                     changes made to DOOR.SYS and USERINFO.DAT in WC!3.9.

  90. Adopt 4.91 9/26/93  Made a few internal changes and appearance changes.
  91.                     Compiled with he latest DoorFrame which fixes a few
  92.                     small bugs and improves the fossil support.  Screens
  93.                     will not terminate until the user presses [ENTER]

  96. Adopt 5.0 12/12/93  Recompiled using the latest DoorFrame.  This fixes a
  97.                     few incompatibilites with fossil drivers and allows
  98.                     Adopt to tun LOCAL using DOOR.SYS.
