  5. With few exceptions, most registered users have their new keyfiles on Hold
  6. for them at their registration site, so you might want to poll to see if it's
  7. waiting for you.  If it's not, read on.  Note that if you have received an
  8. updated key for any 3.xx release, you do *NOT* need a new one.

  12.       Instructions to receive your updated keyfile for AMU 3.xx:

  15. 1) You must currently be a registered user of AMU.
  16.  
  17. 2) Complete the information below.  This looks much like the original
  18.    registration form, the same information is being asked so we can update
  19.    our database if you have moved, etc.
  20.  
  21. 3) Send the below form to the place you registered with.  Since there have
  22.    been some registration site changes in the last year, use this as a guide
  23.    to determine who to send this form to.  If you are unsure, netmail me at
  24.    1:261/1108, tell me who you registered with, and I will tell you where you
  25.    need to send this form.

  37.    You may send it via FidoNet netmail (please do not send it via routed 
  38.    netmail, there is no guarentee we will receive it), via Internet email if
  39.    the registration site lists an Internet address, or via snailmail.  Do NOT
  40.    send it via a Fidonet echo area!  If you do, the moderator will be irritated
  41.    with you and your upgrade form will not be honored.

  43. 4) After the registration site receives your form, he will verify that you
  44.    are a registered user, and if you are, your new key will be generated
  45.    and sent via the method you choose below.  As long as you are verified
  46.    as a registered user, your key should be ready within 24 - 48 hours after
  47.    we receive your upgrade form.  If there is a problem, we will contact you.

  55.     provide below MUST match the one defined in AMUCFG.  There is a difference
  56.     between upper and lower case.
