  8. created by Portia Software©, Belle's Paint v2.0.

  10. Belle's  Paint  is  an  easy  to  use  paint  package  which  contains many
  11. innovative  ideas.   Originally  designed  for  children the program as now
  12. grown  to  include  a  "Dot2Dot"  module, an entire image processing suite,
  13. enhancements to the video titling system, plus many other refinements.  The
  14. interface  is  simple to operate with no dropdown menus, making it suitable
  15. for all age groups.
