- Thanks to Eric G. Suchanek <SUCHANEK_EG@mvl.pg.com> for sending the first
- version of a patch that allows GUISpell to correctly open on screens with
- a default font size > 8. Gadgets used to end up in the window's titlebar.
-
- I made a slight change to his patch so that GUISpell's window height grows
- larger as the screen's default font size grows larger.
-
- Eric wishes for the following:
- >You might want to have the window open BELOW the Screen's menu-bar. To do
- >this, just offset your OpenWindowTags top tag with Screen->BarTop+1. (It may
- >be TopBar, I forget which.) If you incorporate these changes into the code I'd
- >appreciate getting a copy. I have some other ideas, like opening the window into
- >the current VISIBLE region of the screen (I use a 1400 pixel wide WorkBench),
- >but haven't incorporated them in, yet.
-
- I have added the first idea to GUISpell, but not looked into the second.
-
- He emailed the patch on `25 Nov 92 8:58:00 EDT' --- it is my fault
- that this patch to so long to be relased, sorry!
