  3.    gives the bot a list of servers to use for IRC.  you can change
  4.    this at any time on the fly, but if the bot's current IRC server
  5.    (the one it's on right now) isn't in your new list, it will be
  6.    added, to maintain coherency. :)  here's an example:
  7.       set servers {
  8.         goblin.irc.com:6667
  9.         dragon.irc.org
  10.       }
  11.    note that if you omit the port, it will assume 6667.
