  11. The K.I.S. project is intended to implement new features to the Amiga
  12. operating system and to provide the programmers with new developing tools
  13. and utilities.
  14.  
  15. These are the three starting stages that we'll try to cover:
  16.  
  17. 1) To write new programming tools for the Amiga developer. These softwares
  18.    will consist in new Assembly, C and E structures/modules, new utilities
  19.    shared libraries, interfaces builders, debugging programs, etc.
  20. 2) To add new features to Intuition and to WorkBench through BOOPSI,
  21.    Commodities and datatypes programming.
  22. 3) To add new features to AmigaDOS to obtain a more stable and secure task
  23.    execution, and to rewrite/optimize/patch the yet existing O.S. functions.

  26. The K.I.S. philosophy dictates also to distribute these products under the
  27. freeware or shareware concept at a very accessible price for all.
