  6. A general purpose color palette tool designed to be available at any time
  7. through the use of a hotkey.  It contains several features not generally
  8. found in other palette tools.  Features include:
  9.  
  10.     * Implemented as a Commodity, Popup w/Hotkey
  11.     * Load/Save color palettes
  12.     * Sliders selectable between RGB/HSV
  13.     * Copy, Swap, Range, Complement Functions
  14.     * Left/right shifting of the entire palette
  15.     * Ability to permanently alter (patch) the color tables
  16.           of executables with a statically allocated color table.
  17.     * "Remembers" load/save file path's through the life of the program
  18.     * "Remembers" screen position it was last popped up to
  19.     * Runs from CLI or WorkBench
  20.     * ARexx Port with 15 commands
  21.     * PostCardWare, Includes source
  22.     * Tested with Enforcer
