  9. This tuneup includes:

  11. - An improved Print Font Specimens script. (FontSpec.rexx)

  13. You must have PageStream 3.0i installed to use this tuneup.

  15. WHAT'S NEW:
  16.  
  17. The Print Font Specimens script did not work properly in 3.0i. This
  18. update fixes all known problems and increases the speed of the
  19. script.
  20.  
  21. This updated script uses documents stored in the Macros directory to
  22. create font specimen sheets. This is much faster than building the
  23. document each time as the old script did. Several other parts of the
  24. script have been changed to improve performance.
  25.  
  26. Remember to configure your printer setup for portrait US Letter or
  27. A4 paper prior to using this script.

  29. POSTSCRIPT PRINTER NOTES:
  30.  
  31. You should choose "Page" from the "Font Unload" option of Printing
  32. Preferences when printing many fonts. If your pages won't print,
  33. choose "Unlimited" instead.

  35. INSTALLATION:

  37. 1. Decompress this archive (PGS3ITU3.LHA) to ram:.

  39. 2. Copy all files except this Read.1st! file to PageStream3:Macros.
  40.    ex:

  42.    copy ram:FontSpec#? PageStream3:Macros
  43.  
  44. 3. That's all there is to it. Start PageStream3.
