LICENSE. S CUBED grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license subject to the terms of this Agreement. See the sections "Registered Version" and "Evaluation Version" below for use of the software and materials associated with this agreement, "Materials." You will not reverse engineer, de-compile, or modify the Materials.
Registered Version
One registered copy of JIG may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of JIG through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. Each workstation connected to the network must have its own JIG license, regardless of whether they use JIG at different times or concurrently.
Evaluation Version
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee is required. See the documentation on Orders for more information.
Distribution of Evaluation Version
You are hereby licensed to make copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for distribution of the evaluation version. You can verify that you are distributing the evaluation version (EVALUATION COPY) by selecting About from the JIG Help menu.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF MATERIALS. Title to the Materials and all copies thereof remains with S CUBED or its suppliers. The Materials are copyrighted and are protected by United States laws and international treaty provisions. Software may not be leased, assigned, or sublicensed, in whole or in part. Except as expressly provided herein, S CUBED does not grant any express or implied right to you under S CUBED copyrights, trademarks.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. Software is provided "AS IS," without a warranty of any kind. ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. S CUBED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF USING OR DISTRIBUTING SOFTWARE.
TERMINATION. You may terminate this License at any time by destroying all copies of Software. This License will terminate immediately without notice from S CUBED if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon such termination, you must destroy all copies of Software.
