  5. By using Jasupremo you accept all the terms and conditions mentioned in this license.

  7. GENERAL
  8. Jasupremo is a FREEWARE application. You can use Jasupremo at no charge to create all sorts
  9. of Java(tm) software, including commercial applications and applets (please refer also to the 
  10. license agreement of your Java(tm) development kit).

  12. WARRANTY
  13. Jasupremo is distributed "as is" and without any warranties. The user must assume the 
  14. entire risk of using this software. The software may contain bugs which could cause serious 
  15. damage to your data. The author cannot be made responsible for data loss which has been 
  16. caused by this software.

  18. DISTRIBUTION
  19. Jasupremo can be distributed freely under the condition that you do not change the contents 
  20. of the original Jasupremo archive which can be downloaded from Jasupremo's homepage. Under 
  21. no circumstances are you allowed to change files in the archive and then redistribute it. 
  22. Jasupremo may be distributed in CD-ROM software archives, inserted in online software 
  23. catalogues, ...etc. but the author must be informed by mailing to "michel.ludwig@bigfoot.com"
