If you receive a SYS2070 error after starting Mesa for OS/2, then there are previous versions of Mesa on your hard drive. To solve this problem, check the LIBPATH line in the CONFIG.SYS file to ensure that there are no other directories in front of the correct entry that contain the Mesa DLLs or find all old versions of the Mesa DLLs and delete them.
Buffered redraw is a feature new to Mesa 2.0.4; it draws all of an image off-screen and then blasts it to the screen at once, to reduce flicker. If redraws seem very slow to you, try turning this feature off from the Preferences Panel.
