-
- It is strongly recommended that the two ".DOC" files be printed before
- using this utility. The file SDA.DOC is 32 pages while the file BASSCR.DOC is
- 2 pages. Both files are formatted so that simply entering the DOS command,
- TYPE file-name, with the screen to print option established, will print the
- documents using proper pagination, etc. Align paper with perf even with top
- of bail before initiating print. These files are set for an EPSON MX80 (or
- equivalent), 11" paper, 80 character width.
-
- The IMAGE.DOC file is a technical description of the internal format
- used for the ".IMG" files generated by the screen designer. It will be useful
- only to those who wish to write (or modify) their own bridge module. For
- example, we have written Turbo Pascal programs to work directly with the image
- files, using the information provided in this document.
-
- This diskette contains the updated version of the screen designer, but
- retains the older version of the "bridge". "Image" files from any version are
- interchangable with any other version. The latest version of the designer will
- produce a slightly smaller (about 20%) image file than previous versions. If
- you have old image files and wish to gain this size reduction, simply load the
- old version using the designer, and then "save". Saves are always in the new
- format.
