  1. Both the 16bit and 32bit versions of HTMLview require
  2. that the user has all the files associated with
  3. MicroSoft's Visual Basic Runtime System.

  5. HTMLview is offered both with and without these
  6. files.

  8. If HTMLview returns a "missing file" error either
  9. during installation or during attempted run...
  10. then you do not have the complete runtime system
  11. file set for your version and you should access
  12. our web site at: http://www.drjack.com/htmlview
  13. and retrieve the full version.
