1. Check or uncheck the checkbox where's asked for Title, Author etc. If you want meta tags let then let it checked. Meta tags are useful if someone likes to know some information about the webdesigner. It's also needed for higher ranks in search engines and better descriptions etc.
2. Check or uncheck the checkbox "Add standard color codes". If you check this the program will include the standard color codes. This is not necessary, but easy if you want to change your text or background color into other colors then the standards. Below are the 16 standard colors:
You can use hexidecimal codes too like #ffffff for white.
3. Choose your alignment with the combobox. You can choose left if you want to align the text in the left, center for the center, right for the right and justify if you want the text to be justified.
4. Hit the button "Open" to open the txt file.

5. The program asks you for a title. You have to fill in the Title of the HTML document which will be displayed in the title bar of your browser.
6. Now the program asks for your name. Enter your name or nickname so visitors of your website will see by who it's designed.
7. Now you need to fill in keywords. Enter as many words as you want, but separate them with comma's like: HTML, convert, SaikoSoft
This keywords are needed for higher ranks in search engines. If someone enters his keywords in a search engine the search engine will search for it with the meta tags in the HTML documents, so it's very important!
8. The program asks for a description now. This description is used by search engines too to give a description of your site if it's in the results.
9. Now the program gives its result. This is the HTML document and is ready to be saved. Hit the "Save" button and save the document.
10. If you want to convert another file first press the "Clear" button before you open the new one.
