  4.   perl             - Larry Wall's Practical Extracting and Report Language.
  5.   perl-base        - The Pathologically Eclectic Rubbish Lister.
  6.   perl-modules     - Core Perl modules.
  7.   perl-doc         - Perl documentation.
  8.   perl-debug       - Debug-enabled Perl interpreter.
  9.   perl-suid        - Runs setuid Perl scripts.
  10.   libperl5.10      - Shared Perl library.
  11.   libperl-dev      - Perl library: development files.
  12.   libcgi-fast-perl - CGI::Fast Perl module.

  14. To provide a minimal working perl, the ``perl-base'' package provides
  15. the /usr/bin/perl binary plus a basic set of libraries.

  17. The remainder of the application is included in the perl, perl-modules
  18. and perl-doc packages.

  20. libcgi-fast-perl has been split from -modules as it depends on
  21. libfcgi-perl.
