  2. This must be installed on top of OS/2 3.0 Warp. It fixes a valid
  3. bit problem for next-IO-request pointer the problem with Aptiva CD-ROMs.
  4.  
  5. To install this fix,
  6.    1. Rename the current IBMIDECD.FLT in the \os2\boot directory on the
  7.    drive where OS/2 is installed to: IBMIDECD.SAV.
  8.  
  9.    2. Copy the new file IBMIDECD.FLT to the directory \os2\boot.
  10.  
  11.    3. Reboot your system.
  12.
