  4.     Splash Manager requires Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 to
  5.     operate.  Windows 3.1/3.11 with the Win32s libraries installed
  6.     will NOT work.

  8.         Splash Manager takes a "Cycle List" (which contains a set of
  9.         files), and copies a file from that list to a destination
  10.         file (a.k.a. "Target File").  You can have an unlimited number
  11.         of Cycle Lists and about 32,000 files per list.

  17.         *  Any type of file can be used in Cycle Lists
