  12. with the restrictions outlined below. Image Factory Software authorizes 
  13. distribution by individuals only in accordance with the following 
  14. restrictions.

  16. Individuals are hereby granted permission by Image Factory Software to copy 
  17. the California Beach Girls Screen Saver - 2.08 for their own use (for 
  18. evaluation purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when the 
  19. following conditions are met.

  22. containing all the material listed in the PACKING.LST text file. If any 
  23. files listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, 
  24. are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.
