Pad-O-Rama, formerly known as HTMLPadFive and HTMLPadSix, is a helper application for copying things to the clipboard that are generally too tedious to type, where they can then be pasted into into HTML documents. Users and reviewers should note that this program is meant to run along side a simple text editing program such as Notepad and is not intended to be a full-featured HTML editor. Check The Computer Guys Web site (listed below) for details about downloading Web-O-Rama, my stand-alone HTML editor. I renamed the program to avoid confusion with another program called "HTMLPad." As far as I can tell, there isn't another program called "Pad-O-Rama" on the Web yet!
This program started out including only the "Character" and "Hex" pads. I created it because I was tired of looking up the HTML code for special characters such as the ampersand, and there was no good way to get the correct Hex values for colors. Several people enjoyed it so much that I decided to expand the program and incorporated as many features as I could while still keeping sight of the original intent of the program.
This program is free, although donations are accepted. I recently quit my job to pursue programming and computer repair full time. Small donations of any amount (whatever you feel the program is worth to you) will help defray programming costs and keep me at the computer keyboard.
