  10. InfoCourier is the ideal way to distribute information. InfoCourier 
  11. is an HTML compiler than enables you to package a sophisticated 
  12. viewer (browser) together with all the information you wish to 
  13. distribute into a single concise package, a royalty free Windows .exe 
  14. file (program) that will work on Windows 3.1, Windows 95 or Windows NT. 
  15. The end user needs nothing more to make use of your information, be it 
  16. a catalog; instructions; an electronic magazine or any number of other 
  17. possibilities. It can help leverage any investment you already have in 
  18. HTML, and also has a number of special features including:-
