  4. By using this version of JMK HTML Author,  you are consenting to be bound
  5. by agreement to the following:

  7. GRANT OF LICENCE:

  9. JMK Productions and Jim JMK Batis, has granted you the limited licence of
  10. JMK HTML Author. This DOES NOT includelicence to modify, translate,
  11. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable 
  12. laws specifically prohibit such restriction), or create derivative works
  13. based on this program.

  17. Since all the software is free of charge, JMK Productions and Jim JMK Batis
  18. shall not be held responsible for any damagesarising from the use of the 
  19. Software.  The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of
  20. any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability,
  21. fitness for a particular purpose and  non-infringement. The entire risk as
  22. to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the
  23. Software prove defective, you and not the Company, assume the entire cost
  24. of any service and repair.

  27. you, the user, must decide whether the Software sufficiently meets your

  33. If you wish to distribute JMK HTML Author anywhere, or give a version of
  34. this application to someone, no matter who he is, you must follow the 
  35. following rules. If the rules below aren't violated, then you can upload,
  36. copy, inlcude in your sites or other sites the zipped file, named 
  37. jmkhtml.zip 
  38. 1) You must not have as a purpose to win money. Any money that are
  39. won, because of selling JMK HTML Author are illegal. That excludes magazines
  40. which include the complete zipped file that is distributed by me, CD-ROM
  41. which include shareware and FreeWare applications.
  42. 2) You distribute the whole zipped file, named jmkhtml.zip, which is found at
  43. http://www.geocities.com/~jmkproductions/
  44. 3) You have kept all rules that are bound to each individual.
  45. 4) You recognize that only I, Jim Batis, have the permission to modify the
  46. zipped file, and nobody else, including you.
