  11. Use of Net Probe indicates you accept the terms of this license agreement
  12. and warranty.

  16. A single registered copy of Net Probe may either be used by a single person
  17. who uses the software himself on one or more computers, or installed on a
  18. single computer and used by multiple people, but not both.
  19.  
  20. You may access the registered version of Net Probe through a network, provided
  21. that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all
  22. computers that will run the software from the network.  For instance, if six
  23. different workstations will access Net Probe on the network, you will need
  24. a six-user Net Probe license, whether they use Net Probe at different
  25. times or concurrently.

  29. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

  31. Disclaimer of Warranty

  33. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  34. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  35. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  36. various hardware and software environments into which Net Probe
  37. may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  38. PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  40. Good data processing practice dictates that any new program
  41. should be thoroughly tested by the user with non-critical data
  42. before relying on it.  The user must assume the entire risk of
  43. using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED
  44. EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  46. Shareware Version
  47. Evaluation and Registration

  49. This is shareware, which is not free software.  Subject to the terms below,
  50. you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without
  51. charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software after the 30 day
  52. evaluation period, registration is required.  A single user copy of
  53. Net Probe is $24.95.  Payments must be in US dollars, and should be sent
  54. to Rhino Software, Inc., P.O. Box 53, Helenville, WI 53137.  Credit card
  55. ordering and quantity discounts are available, as described in the Ordering
  56. section of this file.  When payment is received, you will be sent a
  57. registration number for Net Probe via e-mail.

  59. Unregistered use of Net Probe or FtpTree ActiveX Control after the 30-day
  60. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  62. Distribution

  64. Provided that you are distributing the current non-registered Shareware
  65. Version (select About from the Net Probe Help menu to check) you are
  66. hereby granted permission to duplicate and distribute the program; give
  67. exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute
  68. the Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified
  69. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  72. for any such copies, however made; from distributing the software and/or
