  10. Please read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
  11. Use of FTP Voyager indicates you accept the terms of this license agreement
  12. and warranty.

  14. Registered Version

  16. A single registered copy of FTP Voyager may either be used by a single person
  17. who uses the software himself on one or more computers, or installed on a
  18. single computer and used by multiple people, but not both.
  19.  
  20. You may access the registered version of FTP Voyager through a network, provided
  21. that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all
  22. computers that will run the software from the network.  For instance, if six
  23. different workstations will access FTP Voyager on the network, you will need
  24. a six-user FTP Voyager license, whether they use FTP Voyager at different
  25. times or concurrently.

  27. FtpTree ActiveX Control cannot be used in or by any other software unless a
  28. license agreement for FtpTree ActiveX Control has also been obtained.

  30. Governing Law

  32. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

  34. Disclaimer of Warranty

  36. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  37. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  38. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  39. various hardware and software environments into which FTP Voyager
  40. may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  41. PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  43. Good data processing practice dictates that any new program
  44. should be thoroughly tested by the user with non-critical data
  45. before relying on it.  The user must assume the entire risk of
  46. using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED
  47. EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  50. Evaluation and Registration

  52. This is shareware, which is not free software.  Subject to the terms below,
  53. you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without
  54. charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software after the 30 day
  55. evaluation period, registration is required.  A single user copy of
  56. FTP Voyager is $24.95.  Payments must be in US dollars, and should be sent
  57. to Rhino Software, P.O. Box 53, Helenville, WI 53137.  Credit card
  58. ordering and quantity discounts are available, as described in the Ordering
  59. section of this file.  When payment is received, you will be sent a
  60. registration number for FTP Voyager via e-mail.

  62. Unregistered use of FTP Voyager or FtpTree ActiveX Control after the 30-day
  63. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  65. Distribution

  67. Provided that you are distributing the current non-registered Shareware
  68. Version (select About from the FTP Voyager Help menu to check) you are
  69. hereby granted permission to duplicate and distribute the program; give
  70. exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute
  71. the Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified
  72. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.
