  1. Overview:
  2.    This window is used to change a bill, prior to payment.  The
  3.       bill can also be deleted, through the "Edit - Delete Bill" 
  4.       menu option.  
  5.       
  6. Fields:
  7.    Company - Company name.  This field can not be changed.  If you
  8.       entered the bill for the wrong company, delete it and re-enter 
  9.       it correctly.
  10.      
  11.    Catagory - Select the desired catagory from the list box.
  12.  
  13.    Due date - New date this bill should be paid.  
  14.  
  15.    Amount due - Amount of this bill.  This is either the original 
  16.       amount due, or the late amount, depending if the due date 
  17.       has past.

  19.    Description - Description of this bill.  This field is optional
  20.       and defaults based on the "Description" field from the
  21.       company.  This description can be printed on the checks,
  22.       instead of the account number.

  24.    Recurring bill - Check this option, if the bill is received every
  25.       month with little variance in the amount or due date.  If checked,
  26.       this option will cause next month's bill to be automatically
  27.       generated after payment of this month's bill.

  29.    Save for taxes - Check this option, if the bill is tax deductible.
  30.       If checked, the bill will be highlighted on the "Check History
  31.       Report".

  33. Buttons:
  34.    OK - Change the bill and return to the "Select Bills to Pay" 
  35.       window.
  36.  
  37.    Cancel - Return to the "Select Bills to Pay" window.  Does not 
  38.       update any information not "Ok'ed" so far.

  41.    File:
  42.       Exit - This option is disabled.  You must return to the 
  43.          previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".

  45.       Print - Print the current window.
  46.  
  47.    Edit:
  48.       Delete Bill - Deletes this bill.

  50.    Windows:
  51.       Bank Accounts - This option is disabled, you must return to
  52.          the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".

  54.       Catagories - This option is disabled, you must return to 
  55.          the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".

  57.       Check Register - This option is disabled, you must return to
  58.          the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".

  60.       Company Information - This option is disabled, you must return
  61.          to the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".

  63.       Enter Bills - This option is disabled, you must return to
  64.          the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".

  66.       Pay Bills - This option is disabled, you must return to
  67.          the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".
