  1. Thank you very much for evaluating Words & Terms.

  3. There are so many uses for this program it's hard to list them all. 
  4. Please read the Introduction and Uses for Words & Terms in Help and 
  5. then use the Sample file included. Help explains all the features of
  6. Words & Terms, please spend a few minutes reading it.

  8. I'm sure you'll be impressed and I'm equally sure that you'll
  9. find many uses for the program, just like the many other users.
  10. I have not crippled the main program in any way, however, there
  11. are three thing that I've disabled. 
  12.  
  13. CREATE  - The ability to create any number of files 
  14. OPEN    - The ability to open all these files
  15. DELETE  - The ability to delete any of the files
  16.  
  17. As it is, you can use the sample file, experiment with it, if you
  18. want to use it for a particular subject, simply delete all the words
  19. and put in your own. Don't forget to pack the data base after 
  20. deleting words, this will remove all the empty spaces left over from
  21. the deletions and will make the data file smaller.

  23. To Install:
  24. 1. Create a C:\WORDS directory (or any directory you prefer).
  25. 2. Move the WORDS.ZIP file there and unzip it with PKUNZIP.
  26. 3. Make sure that VBRUN100.DLL is in your PATH (the Windows directory is good)
  27. 4. RUN WORDS.EXE from File Manager or Program Manager or Norton Desktop
  28. (or whatever program-launching method you prefer).

  30. I hope that you find the program so appealing and useful that you 
  31. don't mind buying it. You'll find the Order Form under the Help Menu. 
  32. Simply fill it out, print it and send it.
