  21. GMW helps you do your meal planning and grocery shopping. It
  22. simplifies and speeds up the process of making a menu and
  23. shopping list. Once GMW is setup, you input how many days you
  24. would like to plan meals for, then what dishes you want to have
  25. on each day. The ingredients that each dish is made of are saved
  26. (part of the setup process), so when a meal is planned for a
  27. certain day, the ingredients for that meal will be automatically
  28. included in a shopping list that GMW generates.

  32. GMW helps you do your meal planning and grocery shopping. It
  33. simplifies and speeds up the process of making a menu and
  34. shopping list. Once GMW is setup, you input how many days you
  35. would like to plan meals for, then what dishes you want to have
  36. on each day. The ingredients that each dish is made of are saved
  37. (part of the setup process), so when a meal is planned for a
  38. certain day, the ingredients for that meal will be automatically
  39. included in a shopping list that GMW generates. In addition to
  40. the ingredients needed to make the planned meals, the shopping
  41. list may include any other items that you want to purchase at
  42. the grocery store so that you have everything you need on one
  43. shopping list. The shopping list can be arranged by how you
  44. traverse the grocery store so that you go from the top of the
  45. list to the bottom as you walk through the store. Grocery
  46. Manager can also keep track of what items you already have at
  47. home so that you don't buy more than you need.

  56.    Subtract 357K if you already have VBRUN200.DLL
  57.    Sample files use 225K and can be deleted (del *.IS?)
