  3. These instructions were intended to describe the files included
  4. with Lotto PC.  For an explanation of the program features,
  5. please access the INSTRUCTION WINDOW from the Lotto PC Help Menu
  6. once you are up and running.  Also, take note of the Info buttons
  7. provided at various points throughout the program.

  9.              Installation instructions
  10.  
  11.    System Requirements:      
  12.      Windows 3.0 or newer running in Standard or Enhanced mode.
  13.      EGA or better graphics, VGA or SVGA recommended.
  14.  
  15. Program Files:
  16.      
  17.      LottoPC.EXE  - Lotto program, run from Windows program
  18.                     manager or other launcher.
  19.            
  20.      Vbrun300.DLL - Library file used by Lotto PC and other
  21.                     programs written with MS Visual Basic
  22.                     version 3.0.  Keep in the same directory
  23.                     as the other files or install Vbrun300.DLL
  24.                     in a directory that is included in your
  25.                     Path Statement such as your Windows
  26.                     directory.

  28.      DDEML.DLL    - Library files used by Lotto PC.  Keep in
  29.      THREED.VBX     the same directory as the other files or 
  30.      COMMDLG.DLL    install in a directory that is included in
  31.      CMDIALOG.VBX   your Path Statement such as your Windows
  32.                     directory.  Windows 3.1 users will already
  33.                     have DDEML.DLL in their system directory.
  34.                     It was included for users of Windows 3.0.

  36. Easiest installation, just keep all SIX files together in any
  37. one directory or run from floppy disk if you don't want to
  38. install the programs on your hard drive.

  40. Placing a copy of VBRUN300.DLL in the Windows directory along with
  41. your other Library (.DLL) files will allow Windows to run other
  42. programs created with Microsoft Visual Basic v3.0.
