- Problems running the CD-ROM?
-
- Suggested reason: 256 colours is not enough to run the high quality graphics and animations
- contained in this CD-ROM. Make sure your PC display is set to 640 x 480 and the colour palette
- is set to "High Color" (16-bit or 16bpp, NOT 16-colour!!!).
-
- To do this in Windows Æ95:
-
- 1) Double Click on the "My Computer" icon
- 2) Double Click on "Control Panel"
- 3) Double Click on "Display"
- 4) When in "Display Properties" click on the "Settings" tab
- 5) Set the Display Area to 640 x 480
- 6) Set the Color Palette to "High Color - 16 bit"
- 7) Click on "Apply" or "Ok"
- 8) When asked "Do you want to restart your computer now?" click on "Yes"
- 9) Run the application again
-
- In Windows 3.1:
-
- 1) Double Click on the "Main" panel
- 2) Double Click on "Windows Setup"
- 3) Click on "Options"
- 4) Click on "Change System Settings"
- 5) Click on the down arrow to the right of the display setting
- 6) Select 640x480x16bpp or 800x600x16bpp
- 7) If necessary insert any necessary Windows Setup disks
- 8) Click on "Restart Windows"
- 9) Run the application again
-
- If a "16bpp" setting is not available you should download a suitable display driver from your
- Windows installation disk(s).

- Still having trouble?
-
- Reset your machine. This will restore your computer to its "start up" state. Then run "D:\setup.exe"
- once more, where D: is the location of your CD-ROM drive.
