  33.  │ MorphMagic is an incredible new Shape Animation plug-in for 3D Studio    │
  34.  │ MAX. This plug-in has been designed as a tool to assist MAX users in     │
  35.  │ doing complex facial, hand, and other shape animation. MorphMagic        │
  36.  │ allows users to control shape animation to a greater extent than what is │
  37.  │ possible with standard modifiers, linked xforms, or bone systems. It has │
  38.  │ also been designed to operate in conjunction with Character Studio, so   │
  39.  │ that animators can do both full-body motion with Character Studio, and   │
  40.  │ complex facial animation and hand animation with MorphMagic.             │
  41.  │                                                                          │
  42.  │ MorphMagic operates as an object modifier in the standard 3D Studio MAX  │
  43.  │ interface. You first create a series of morph targets for the object to  │
  44.  │ be animated. You then apply the MorphMagic modifier to a base or         │
  45.  │ neutral morph target, which brings up the MorphMagic interface. You      │
  46.  │ then select each additional target placing it into a weighted channel.   │
  47.  │ Then you just turn on the animate button, and drag the channel sliders to│
  48.  │ mix and blend the morph shapes. Animating speech and expressions has     │
  49.  │ never been easier or more enjoyable!                                     │
