  4. This revision takes care of the nag that
  5. I missed with the first patch.

  13. Instructions: Unzip TICO3b-r.EXE from the zip and place it in
  14.               your TrayIcon directory (where you installed it).
  15.               Double click on it and it will patch the file
  16.               TRAYICON.EXE and create an unpatched backup copy
  17.               of the executable (named TrayIcon.BAK).  This will
  18.               take care of the nag screens.  In order to keep
  19.               the program from expiring you should unzip the file
  20.               Never_Expire.REG to any folder on your HDD and
  21.               double click on it.  This will write a new "startup"
  22.               date to the Windows Registry (Dec.31, 2222).  When
  23.               your done, you may delete the crack files:

  28. Notes:  With the first release of this crack (around Aug.01, 1997)
  29.         I missed a nag screen that pops up AFTER startup and loading
  30.         of the program.  Specifically, I mean the screen that's elicited
  31.         when you click on one of your TrayIcon programs in the system
  32.         tray.  This patch nukes that one too.  Remember, you need to
  33.         use a fresh/new/virgin/unpatched/original TRAYICON.EXE file for
  34.         the patch to work.  If you've patched the file previously, then
  35.         you'll need to replace it.  Any problems, let me know. Thanks
