  2.  I've included the actual program here in a separate zip file because
  3.  it's so small (well, without the needless 600 Kb of InstallShield files!)
  4.  Just unzip to any directory you want and run the program.  Then follow
  5.  the instructions in the Serial_#.txt
  6.  
  7.  The serial number was obtained from Phrozen Crew's OSCAR program (v4.1)
  8.  The number was referenced to v2.0 of Reg S&R but it worked again for
  9.  this new release of the program.

  11.  I am in no way affiliated with Phrozen Crew and I am not a cracker.

  13.  Now go search yer Registry!
