  2. Okay, so here is the original version of the rules.ini file.
  3. Anything you don't change will stay like in the original game.

  6. Just copy it in to your c&c directory and it will override
  7. the built in values.

  10. If you would like to change the amount of money you can give each
  11. player in a multiplayer game for example, just edit the rules.ini
  12. line 159 and change the value to fit your needs. (Don't be tooo gready 
  13. if you enter to much the display will get messed up.)
