  1. SDFTP License Agreement

  3. Shareware Version:
  4. You are free to test and distribute the publicly available
  5. shareware version of SDFTP in its unmodified original form.

  7. Registered Version:
  8. SDFTP is licensed on a per use basis.  For every machine
  9. that will be using (executing) SDFTP you will need one Personal
  10. Edition License.  If you wish to include SDFTP into a program
  11. that you have developed you are required to purchase the
  12. SDFTP Project License for every 100 users who will receive SDFTP
  13. with your program.

  15. Warranty (Registered and Shareware)
  16. SDFTP is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty.  No claims
  17. are made to the uses or performance of SDFTP.  SDFTP is also
  18. not warranted to be error free or bug free.  The risk involved
  19. in using SDFTP belongs soley to you.
