  10. Instructions: Unzip the patcher (xxxxxx-c.exe)* into the directory
  11.               where you installed the program. Then just double click
  12.               on this file.  You will see a DOS window pop up and some
  13.               text appear in the window.  The window will then automat-
  14.               ically close.  In the program directory where you ran the
  15.               patch, you should see that file date of the (now)patched
  16.               program has changed to the current date.  Also, a new file
  17.               will be created in that directory.  This is an unpatched
  18.               copy of the file that was patched, and will have the same
  19.               root filename but the extension will be either .OLD or .BAK
  20.               When you're done, you may delete the patch file (xxxxxx-c.exe)
  21. (*) xxxxxx-c.exe refers to the patch filename e.g. adun11-c.exe

  24. What the patch does: Patches the program executable.  Patching is process
  25.                      that involves changing the value of some of the program
  26.                      bytes in a way that "neutralizes" or bypasses the
  27.                      program's protection.

  29. Why is this patcher larger (~45 Kb) than others I've used?
  30.                The patch was created using a program called MDiff.  The way
  31.                this program is coded, it produces patches that are a minimum
  32.                of around 43 Kb.
