  28. ***** The patch will eliminate the requirement for ANY previous installed Batch Converter version *****

  30. >>First and most importantly, make sure you have the correct BC v4.0b update version for this patch.
  31.       *** THIS PATCH APPLIES ONLY TO THE build 138 UPDATE! ***

  33. >>If you experience ANY problems AFTER successfull patching (if for ex the BC refuses to load, showing you/not showing
  34.   you any messages), DELETE from your installed SF 4.0b directory 'frgbat32.dll' AND RE-RUN  'setup.exe' .
  35.   This should eliminate any problems.

  37. - The patch requires the EXTRACTED Batch Converter 4.0b build 138 files from "sf40bx86.exe"
  38.   If you have them, ignore the last part...

  40. - Place and run the patch in the directory containing the extracted SForge 4.0b (build 138) files from "bc40bx86.exe"

  42.  (- FETCHING the EXTRACTED BC 4.0b build 138 files from "bc40bx86.exe":

  44.  (   * Go to your WINDOWS\TEMP directory and erase everything
  45.  (   * RUN "bc40bx86.exe", pressing yes when asked to continue.
  46.  (   * As soon as you reach the "Welcome to Sound Forge Setup" MessageBox, go to WINDOWS\TEMP
  47.  (     and COPY EVERYTHING TO A DIRECTORY OF YOUR CHOICE.
  48.  (   * EXIT The Sound Forge SETUP !
  49.  (   * That's it. The extracted files are in your directory. Run the patch in there.
