  39.    HEdit is a very good hex editor for 32-bit Windows. I really recommend it.
  40.    To get rid of the nag screen, I first just fixed a working registration 
  41.    code, but when I succeeded in making a keymaker for Graphics Workshop/Win
  42.    I decided to do one for this program too, and here it comes!
