  4. This archive has been stripped of the usual MicroSoft DLL
  5. bloatware files that turn every 25 Kb program into a clunky
  6. 2,3,4,5.....15 MB download.  You will need to make sure that
  7. these files are indeed on your system.  See the 'drivers.txt'
  8. for details about each driver and where you can get them if
  9. you don't already have them (hard to believe you don't).

  11. Notice.txt ----> You typical disblamer from the author of
  12.                  the program, Elam's Software Solutions.
  13.  
  14. Setup.lst -----> The original Setup List for the program which
  15.                  basically contains the same info as the
  16.                  'drivers.txt' file, but messy due to all the
  17.                  necessary coding related symbols.

  19. email.exe -----> The program executable
  20.  
  21. email.mdb -----> Database file used by the program
  22.  
  23. email.hlp -----> WinHelp format program information

  25. Q: How do I install this program?
  26. A: Unzip the files in this archive to a directory of your choice.

  28. Q: How do I run the program?
  29. A: Double click on email.exe, or create a shortcut to the program
  30.    on your Windows desktop, Start Menu, or anywhere else you desire,
  31.    and double click on the shortcut.

  33. Q: Has this program been tested in this "trimmed" version?
  34. A: Ha, ha, ha, yea right.  Well, I ran it once and it worked fine.
  35.    That was the alpha testing phase.  I then rebooted and ran it
  36.    again without problems.  That represented a passage of all the
  37.    beta testing stages.  Seriously, I've been using it regularly
  38.    without any problems and I installed it in the fashion stated
  39.    above.

  41. Q: Does this mean that the program is free?
  42. A: Hey, I don't get into that.  You do with this as you please.
  43.    I'm still evaluating mine, usually it takes me longer than
  44.    30 days to decide, a LOT longer ;-)

  46. Q: What do I do if I have problems with this program?
  47.    Well, I doubt that the author would be too keen on hearing from
  48.    you so I don't recommend that route.  I'm no expert in Windows
  49.    computing so don't ask me.  If it doesn't work then just bag it.
  50.    I mean, this program is really nothing special and there's so
  51.    many other similar programs out there (some with cracks).  You
  52.    could try to download the whole kit and kaboodle from the Unboxed
  53.    site and try PC's keygen.  I have no idea if the keygens still work
  54.    because the people who run the Unboxed site have been aggressively
  55.    upgrading the Broadcast File Locker to defeat the cracks.  And
  56.    remember that I'm not the guy who cracks the programs, I just post
  57.    'em.  I'll take your crack requests, but it's gonna take me a couple
  58.    years to crack it ;-}}
