- ATF - Softbridge Automated Test Facility - Demo: Diskettes
- Version: 2.1
-
- ATF is used for testing graphical user interface applications. It automates testing by combining two important testing options:
-
- o A capture/playback approach, through which "tape recordings" of user interactions with an application are created and replayed
-
- o A programmatic approach, which enables testers to bypass an application's UI and manipulate and interrogate an application's controls directly
-
- This product allows you to make diskettes for the following 2 products:
- ATF WorkStation
- ATF NetWorked
-
- ATF WorkStation:
- o The stand-alone version for OS/2 applications.
-
- o Designed for regression testing in performance, stress, integration, and configuration situations.
-
- ATF NetWorked:
- o Tests stand-alone or client/server OS/2 and Windows applications.
-
- o From one central point, can drive simultaneous, unattended tests on up to 50 machines.
-
- o Used for regression, stress, limit, server load and concurrence; performance; and compatibility and integration testing.
-
- Hardware and Software Requirements:
- o OS/2 Version 1.3 or later
- o 1MB above the memory required for the applications being tested
- o NetBIOS compatible or IPX LAN (for networked version)
