  1. README file for the OS/2 Bi-Directional 16 bit programming

  4.     o  A 16 bit programming interface is provided to the
  5.        OS/2 Bi-Directional support. These headers are
  6.        provided mainly to allow addition of Bi-Directional
  7.        support to existing 16 bit applications which
  8.        will not be moved to 32 bit in the near future.
  9.        They can be used in conjunction with the OS/2 1.3
  10.        Programming Tools and Information to produce
  11.        executables that will run on OS/2 2.1.

  13.        However, it is emphasized that these headers are
  14.        provided only to support existing 16 bit applications
  15.        and programmers are strongly advised to
  16.        use the 32 bit development environment, which
  17.        will allow their applications to take advantage
  18.        of OS/2's capabilities and is the recommended
  19.        path for support on future environments.

  22.        Bi-Directional support APIs which can be called by
  23.        16 bit applications :
