  4. Through this window you identify the multimedia file you want to browse. 
  5.  
  6. To open a file: 
  7.  
  8.  1. Select the arrow to the right of the Drive list to display all the drives 
  9.     on your system. 
  10.  2. Select a drive from the Drive list. 
  11.  3. Select a directory from the Directory list. 
  12.  4. Select a file name from the File list or type in a file name in the Open 
  13.     Filename field. 
  14.  5. Select the OK push button to display the file. 
  15.  
  16. For a detailed explanation of each field, select from the list below:

  18. o Open filename 
  19. o Type of file 
  20. o Drive 
  21. o File 
  22. o Directory 
  23. o OK button 
  24. o Cancel button

  29. Type the name of the database file you want to open in the Open filename field 
  30. and select the OK push button.

  35. Select the arrow to the right of the Type of file field to display the 
  36. available file types.  Here a file's type is determined by its file extension.

  41. The Drive list displays the drives on your system.  Select the drive that 
  42. contains the file you want to view.

  47. The File list displays all the files in the directory you selected from the 
  48. directory list.  Select the file you want to open.

  53. The Directory list displays the directories on the selected drive. Select a 
  54. directory to display the list of files from that directory in the File list 
  55. box.

  60. Select the OK push button to display the file you want to view.

  65. Select the Cancel push button if you decide not to open a file.
