  15. Tarantula 1.98 is a WYSIWYG visual web page HTML editor with pixel level
  16. layout control, which DOES NOT USE IMAGES FOR PLACEMENT like other
  17. editors. HTML can be generated for standard (v3) browsers, or can be optimized
  18. for v4 browsers, or specifically for IE4+. Fully supports CSS positioning.
  19. It is a complete solution, providing tools for HTML as well
  20. as graphics tools, eg., Integrated graphics editor, integrated image map
  21. editor, integrated table editor which even converts dbf straight into
  22. tables, full forms support, Javascript/VBScript support, conversion of 
  23. TGA/PCX/BMP/GIF/JPG to GIF/JPG. Creates transparent/interlaced GIFs
  24. without third-party program. Save JPGs (linear/progressive) with
  25. adjustable quality. Directly imports images from TWAIN devices such as
  26. scanners etc. to page. Optimise images for size. Automatically creates
  27. 'rollover' images, complete with scripts etc. Automatically create linked

  48. Standard Windows 95 like installation using Installshield wizard. Unzip
  49. the taran191.zip into a temporary directory and run setup.exe from there.

  52. To Un-install, go to 'Add/Remove Programs' in the control panel.
  53. Select 'Tarantula' and click on the 'Add/Remove' button. Automatic
  54. unistallation follows.
